This reminded me of the days when I was on a diet and couldn’t eat or drink anything that I loved, and my cravings for wine were hard to resist. But then I researched a little and got to know that there are wines that are low in carbohydrates and Pinot Grigio is one of them.
Discovering that made me so happy because now I have something that I can enjoy even when counting my carbs and calories intake. So, this has only 3 grams of carbohydrates per five-ounce glass of wine which is pretty low, so you do not have to worry much about the carbohydrates. One thing that I want to share with you is that whenever you are on a diet or want to look for a low carbs wine, then try to find the dries ones because they have less sugar content meaning less calories and carbs in them.
